Do you Offer detailed product information?

Yes, product list including descriptions, product codes, and weights is available.


How will I know if an item is discontinued, or when you add new products?

Once registered with Wholesale Kid, you will be added to our notifications email list.  Please be sure you have custserv@wholesalekid.com on your safe senders list so that you will automatically receive emails when new products arrive, or if items are discontinued.  In addition, there is a listing on-line that shows discontinued products, and a category for any new arrivals.


What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?


All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

When will my order ship?


Orders normally ship within 24-48 hours, however some personalized or special order items may take 7-10 days.  Special order items are indicated as such in our on-line catalog.  Please make sure you are aware if an item is personalized or special order.


Can I match colors produced by different manufacturers?

Normally colors of items from the same manufacturer will match, however, although some colors may be close from different manufacturers, never count on an exact color match.


My package hasn't arrived yet - can it be traced?

Yes. Login to your account and click on Order Status for tracking information.


Is there a restocking fee for return merchandise?

We charge a 15% restocking fee on any order returned, refused or considered undeliverable.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at no additional charge to you.  All Credit Card Statements will read the charge as PCS - WholesaleKid.com is owned by PCS Creations.  We also accept paypal payments.  All orders must be pre-paid before they will ship.


How can I get terms?

WholesaleKid.com does not offer Terms for merchandise at this time.  All orders must be pre-paid with credit card or paypal.


May I use the product photos from this website?

Yes, all product images from this website may be used for promotional purposes.  However, the WholesaleKid.com logo may not be used without permission.  There are additional photo files available for download from our wholesale resources page.

Is my information kept private?

Yes, Your personal information you provide will never be used by anyone not employed by Wholesale Kid.  Financial information that is collected is used only for the current order.  If you have placed an order at Wholesale Kid, we may from time to time use the email address you provided to send you updated information about products and offerings.  If you do not wish to receive such updates you can remove your address from the mailing list.


What if I receive defective merchandise?

All products are First Quality and sold as free of defects.  If there is a defect with any item purchased from Wholesale Kid, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and describe the problem so we can make arrangements to resolve the problem.


How are customer complaints handled on drop ship orders?

Since your customer does not know we are involved, all customers should contact you if they have a problem or need to exchange an item, etc.  You would then need to contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem whatever it may be.
