Change on Shipping Timeframes for Bizzy Bumpkins Custom Made Items:
Because of increased demand and popularity of Bizzy Bumpkins Custom Made Items we are increasing
the shipping time frames on these items to accommodate demand. The three ladies that do all the sewing for these items are working 14-18 hour days. In order to alleviate some of their stress and allow them some time with their families, shipping time frames on these items will increase to 10-14 Business Days - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY - Please update your posts and sites accordingly

HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIME FRAMES:
As we enter the busiest time of the year: August - December
Please note that shipping time frames will vary - if an item is not in stock and has to be ordered in,
at this time of year it can take a few extra days for products to arrive in the warehouse so that we
can ship your order out. Please allow extra time especially for personalized and custom made items.
If your customer is in a rush, please call or email for availability, so that we can make sure and not
disappoint your customers.

Change on Payment Methods Accepted:
Because of an increased cost of accepting American Express payments, we will be discontinuing
acceptance of American Express - EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2010.

Enforcement of Return Policies:
Any return received WITHOUT an RA# Clearly printed on the outside of the box will be REFUSED
Any return of Special Order items will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee
All returns will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee on Exchanges

BUSINESS DAYS are Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday Days freight doesn't move, and we are not in our offices to pack or ship orders.
If your order was placed after 1 PM Central Time, it will count on the NEXT Business Day.

MOST ORDERS: Please refer to ship time on the product page.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: If the product page says Special order item allow 7-10 days for shipment, that means your customer will receive the package within 7-10 business days.

Personalized Orders: 5-7 Business Days to ship, then 2-3 days to customer

Custom Made Items
(Bizzy Bumpkins) 10-14 Business Days to ship, then 2-3 days to customer

Larger orders over $200 5-7 Business Days to ship, ship time on UPS orders can be 2-4 Days
